The Mission

De Leon Law. P.L.L.C., is a law firm dedicated to a very important notion, the individual that will live with the effects of a traumatic injury for the rest of their life is not an insurance entity or health plan, but rather, it is the injury-victim themself. Individuals across the nation pay premiums or contributions to their insurance plan for years, if not decades, and they expect to be covered in their most grave time of need.

Unfortunately, what individuals across the nation do not understand is those same health plans and insurance entities that accept their payments on a bi-weekly basis often expect to be reimbursed, in full, for all expenses paid when that same individual is able to reach a settlement to compensate them for their underlying injuries.
